Two of your documents give opposite answers. Which one is your AI using?
SoundMind searches all the knowledge you connect, shows you where every answer came from, and tells you when your sources disagree — or when the same file is sitting in two places.
Read-only access to the folders you pick. We never train AI models on your data.
How long do customers have to ask for a refund?
14 days from purchase, on every plan.

One help centre article still says 30 days. It hasn't been updated since March, so I haven't used it.
Two documents. Two answers. One of them is wrong.
Most AI tools read conflicting documents and just pick one.

a real disagreement
Someone has to decide which is true. SoundMind brings it to you.
the same file twice
A copy, not a second opinion. Nothing to decide.
what your AI does meanwhile
It answers from the source your team owns, and names what disagrees.
You pay for this twice.
A help centre article goes out of date. Nothing else has to go wrong.
Nobody was careless. The article was right when it was written, and there was no way to know the terms had changed since.
That is the part you cannot count. Here is the part you can.
3 people × 7 document hunts a week × 15 minutes each ≈ 5.3 hours a week.
5.3 hours a week spent looking for something that already exists.
Hunting time is the cost of the problem, not a saving we have measured.
Finally, something every source agrees on.
Ask in the app you already use. The answer arrives with its sources.

- Billing policy · Notion
An onboarding email still says 60 days of notice. Nobody has settled which is right, so I have used the terms — it is the one you publish.
Your AI app can make mistakes. Check important info.
the chips are our readout, not the AI app's
And when it can't answer, it says so — not enough in your documents, or a decision only a person should make.
Connect a folder. Ask a question.
Memory is its job.
01 Connect
Sign in to Notion, Drive or OneDrive. Read-only, and only the folders you name.
02 Scope
Pick what is in and what is out. Anything you leave out is never read.
03 Read
Documents are read and compared against each other, not just indexed one by one.
04 Reveal
Where two documents disagree, you get a decision to make — with both claims side by side.
05 Ask
Your AI apps answer from what your team settled on, with sources attached.
You're connecting company documents to a system that reads them.
Here's what that means.
- Read-only
- SoundMind reads your documents. It never edits, moves, or deletes them, and it isn't the system of record.
- You choose the scope
- Connect one folder or a whole workspace. SoundMind never reaches outside what you allow.
- Access follows your groups
- Connecting a source doesn't open it to everyone. Access groups decide who can use which knowledge; every answer is checked against the asker's groups, and access is denied by default.
- No model training
- We do not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve general-purpose AI models.
- Disconnect and it's gone
- Disconnecting stops all access immediately, and we delete the indexed content from our systems.
Let's find where your documents disagree.
SoundMind is rolling out in early access. Join the list — when you're in, connect one folder and ask your first question. Start alone: no admin, no rollout. Invite your team when the answers earn it.
